INSUTEC® Fire Retardant Sleeve

FIRE SLEEVE or also known as Pyro jacket Sleeve or Fire Retardant Sleeve is made of high quality texturized fiberglass braided sleeve with thick silicone rubber coating. This fire sleeve provides superior protection to critical hoses, cables, tubes, wires, and assemblies under harsh environments of high heat, flame, and molten splash etc. Resistant to hydraulic fluids, lubricating oils, and fuels, it also insulates heat transfer from hot pipe and hose systems, conserving energy while protecting personnel from injury. Fire Sleeve by means of its thick fiberglass wall and coating with self-extinguishing silicone rubber, guarantees a high degree of thermal insulation and mechanical protection.
